These 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies are super easy to make and TASTE DELICIOUS!
We love cookies of all types in our house whether they’re classic peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip, sugar cookies – you name it! And the best cookies are always homemade.
BUT, I often don’t have a lot of time on my hands to bake so I really appreciate a simple recipe that only requires a few ingredients.
That’s why I LOVE this easy cookie recipe that only calls for three ingredients: peanut butter, sugar and egg. It’s so simple!
The recipe I originally used to make these cookies (from my Grandma) called for a full cup of white sugar, but I find that a bit too sweet, so I reduced the amount to 3/4 cup. If you prefer a super sweet cookie, then you can use a full cup instead.
If you want your cookies to be super homemade, you can start with this recipe to make your own homemade peanut butter (which is actually a lot easier than it seems), but will definitely double your prep time for cookies)!
While this recipe might be short on ingredients, it is long on flavor! These cookies are so delicious that you might find yourself having to make a new batch soon once they disappear.
