I like to have quick dinners from time to time. So I thought I would share one of those recipes with you, it is Skillet Kielbasa and Potatoes from time to time. They are very yummy, and super easy to cook, and only use one pan! There is nothing extravagant about it, just dice up potatoes and Kielbasa, toss in skillet with seasonings and cook away !
If you want a bit for flavor feel free to add a diced up onion or pepper to it! I do that from time to time, and it does make it a bit for fun and tasty, but sometimes I just don’t feel like all that stuff in it! You can also double this recipe, or more depending on how many you are feeding!
Ingredients:
1 beef Kielbasa (you can use another kind but we use beef)
3-4 potatoes diced
1 tsp season salt
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp minced dehydrated onions (if you add real onions no need for this)
Pepper and salt to taste
How to Make:
In a skillet you will want to place the oil in the pan and set it to low-medium heat. Then dice up your potatoes and kielbasa. Put in the skillet cook over low-medium heat, sprinkle the seasonings over the potatoes and kielbasa. Cook until the potatoes are cooked fully. Then serve! Very easy, and pretty quick. You might have to turn the heat up or down, just depends on how it cooks on your stove.
I hope you all enjoy this recipe :-)! Feel free to pin it on Pinterest and cook sometime!

This looks super delicious. I think I might throw some spinach or red pepper in the pan too and make it an all-in-one dinner. Thanks for the recipe!
