Well, with Thanksgiving I took over some of these yummy Oreo Bon Bon’s I made and they were the hit that everyone loved the most, out of all the desserts! They were pretty easy to make, just a bit time consuming as you have to set up them up so you can dip them in the chocolate.
Ingredients:
1 package of oreo’s 2 packages of cream cheese (softened) 1 1/2 packages of white almond bark
How to Make:
What you will want to do is crush the oreo’s up, so they are in small crumbles. Then mix in both packages of cream cheese and mix until well blended. Once it is well mixed you will want to form small balls and put it on a cookie sheet with wax paper on it. Toss in the freezer for 1-2 hours. This will help get them set, so when you dip them in chocolate they don’t melt so bad and fall apart.
Then melt the almond bark in the microwave, stir every 30 seconds and when all chocolate is melted grab your oreo balls and start dipping them in the chocolate, and then sitting them back on the wax paper. Let them set up and then store in refrigerator until you are ready to eat.
