Buying ice packs can be a bit pricey! So here is an easy DIY Ice Pack Recipe!!
Take a large ziploc bag and add 2 parts water to 1 part rubbing alcohol! Just toss in freezer and it will become slushy. It won’t freeze completely so you will be able to move it around easily! Just re-freeze over and over for continuous use!!
