BUNNY BANNER 
Spring is in the air here in Kansas! We have been having 70 degree weather, which is crazy! We should be in the 50’s right now, but hey I will take 70’s any day! So I thought it was a fun time to start doing some Spring DIY Crafts, for those who are wanting to get ready to decorate the home!
This is a really fun craft that is pretty easy to make. Feel free to improvise things, you don’t have to make it exactly like pictured! Here is a fun DIY Bunny Banner Tutorial Perfect for Spring!
Supplies:
scissors
transparent tape
glue gun or glue dots
pen
template outline of bunny
paint brush
twine
embellishments for the bunny tails (found in scrapbooking supplies)
Instructions:
1. Paint your chipboard letter that spell “spring” and set aside to dry. Use any color of paint you would prefer! This is Spring Mint.
2. Trace 7 Bunnies (approx 6 inches tall) on your choice of decorative paper and cut them out. Or if you have a Silhoutte Machine, you can easily cut them with that.
3. Add embellishments as bunny tails. You can find neat stickers like these in the scrapbooking section at stores.4. Once dry, attach the chipboard letters to the bunnies with glue gun or glue dots.
5. Lay out your bunnies and the letters with the spacing you prefer.
6. Measure out your twine so that there is extra on each side of the banner for hanging.
7. One by one, secure paper bunnies to the twine using tape or glue.
8. You are done, now just hang wherever you would like, or give as a gift!

TIP: by using tape instead of glue to secure the pieces, you are able to adjust them after you hang the banner if needed.
