Slow Cooker Corn with Cream Cheese on Plate

What makes this recipe super easy is that it only uses three ingredients and all you have to do is dump them in the slow cooker and wait.

If you’ll be around while it’s cooking you can stir it from time to time, but even if you don’t it will still turn out great.

While our recipe calls for two small bags of frozen corn, you can use one large 2 pound bag of corn instead. Our store was just out of the large size.

How to make slow cooker cream cheese corn:

In a crockpot add the frozen corn, cream cheese, and sugar and turn to low.

If you are at home stir the corn every few hours.

Let it cook for at least 3 -4 hours. You can cook it longer if you need to.

This recipe didn’t work for me. The cream cheese never melted and I did cook it overnight. I woke up to burnt corn and a block of cream cheese sitting on top!

I am sorry Stephanie. I have never cooked it overnight. You do have to stir the corn every few hours like it said in the recipe. That could have been the issue if you just turned it on and never stirred it.
