This is a very easy and delicious way to serve corn for a switch!! It has a creamy, sweet taste the whole family loves!
What makes this recipe super easy is that it only uses three ingredients and all you have to do is dump them in the slow cooker and wait.
If you’ll be around while it’s cooking you can stir it from time to time, but even if you don’t it will still turn out great.
While our recipe calls for two small bags of frozen corn, you can use one large 2 pound bag of corn instead. Our store was just out of the large size.
