Create a Beautiful Photo Canvas for Your Wall

My husband and I have been married for ten years, and in that time our family has grown by leaps and bounds. We now have five children ranging in age from nine years old all the way down to almost one year old. I love displaying pictures of my family around our home, but with the kids growing so quickly and the addition of another child every other year, our pictures quickly become outdated.

So when I was given the opportunity to create a photo canvas from CanvasChamp.com, I jumped at the chance to get a new family photo on our wall. The most recent family picture displayed on our walls was over three years old!

I chose a 16×20 photo canvas from a picture taken at my sister’s wedding back in January. Yes, the baby in the picture is now almost a year old, but I’ll take it! It’s a great picture of our whole family in our wedding best. (And yes, my kids don’t always smile for pictures. I can’t be the only parent with that problem, right?)

It was easy to upload the picture and get started with my customizations. I chose to upload from my computer, but you can also import photos directly from your Facebook or Instagram accounts.

I went with the simple Thin Gallery Wrap (0.75″) and the Image Wrap option to continue the image printed on the sides of the canvas. You can also choose to have it framed and/or laminated for an additional charge. Hooks are included for hanging, but you can upgrade your hardware for an additional charge, as well.

I was very pleased with this photo canvas and am thrilled to finally have an updated family photo on our wall!

I liked that not only can they print on canvas, mugs, and other items you expect; they can even print a custom shower curtain.

We just adopted a little girl while serving overseas so we’d love to have our first family photo taken and made into a canvas for above our fireplace.

I would use a picture of my 2 granddaughters. I don’t have a large picture of them yet since one is only 2 months old!

I have the perfect picture for this. A family picture taken at the beach. A truly memorable weekend before my oldest son left for college.

I would turn the only family photo I have of my entire family into one since everyone in the photo has now passed on except me.

It would be a photo of my daughter’s graduation. She has on her cap and it is decorated with a Zeppelin quote. She looks beautiful.

There are a couple of pictures from our summer vacation down in Nashville that I’d love to have put onto a canvas!

I have a family portrait of my maternal great-grandparents and their children, which includes my maternal grandmother as a baby. I would gift that to my mom!
