Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches ONLY 38 Calories and 2 Ingredients!!

Graham Crackers and Whip Cream

I have a weakness for ice cream, like majorly!! Well, I am trying to find a healthier and better way to still get the taste but less calories. I know they have Weight Watcher, Skinny Cow, and other lower fat items at the store, but it can be pretty pricey!!

So here is a creation for a Homemade Ice Cream Sandwich that is only 38 calories and just 2 ingredients! That is a winner to me for a sweet treat with a few calories and inexpensive!!

2 Ingredients That is it!!

Honey Graham Crackers (You can use any flavor you want, I chose just honey ones)

1 tub of Cool Whip Lite

How to Make:

Break the graham cracker in half, and put 1 tablespoon of cool whip on the cracker, put the other one on top and push it just a little, to spread the cool whip over the cracker. Then do this with as many graham crackers you want, and then once done, wrap them in plastic wrap and toss in a ziploc bag for extra protection and toss in the freezer!!

These show to be 1 point on the Weight Watchers Scale, and the ones I made are only 38 calories for the sandwich!! Not too bad if I don’t say so myself :-D! Plus they are so easy to make, and so good. Now I did notice the longer they sit in the freezer they do start to get more of a soggy texture to the graham cracker like a traditional ice cream sandwich. At first they do have crunch, but I didn’t mind that! I still thought they were pretty good! Hard to eat just one!

If you make these love to hear your thoughts! I thought about substituting the regular cool whip with a new flavor, might be fun to switch it up. Granted the calories could change some.
