Heavenly Peanut Butter Chocolate Bon Bons

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bon Bons I think whoever decided that Peanut Butter and Chocolate together should win the lottery! Like for real, it is so perfect!!!! I think at times I could live off of these Peanut Butter Chocolate Bon Bons, they are so good, and when I take them to family gatherings everyone gobbles them right up! I haven’t made them for awhile and I think my sister-in-law, Brandi, was going through withdrawls like me!

I decided for Easter along with my Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries, I would make an oldie, but goodie!! They are pretty easy to make, they just take a bit of time, since you form them into little balls and then dip them in the chocolate! Even though they are a little work, they are SO worth it!!

Ingredients:

2 Cups Peanut Butter (I use crunchy but you can choose any)
3/4 cup butter (melted)
4 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
3 Cups Rice Krispies
1 package of Chocolate Almond Bark

How to Make:

I use my KitchenAid Mixer, I just put the melted butter and peanut butter in, and turn on low. Allow the melted butter to soften the peanut butter some, and then slowly add in the powdered sugar. Once it is nice and mixed, form into small balls and sit on wax paper.

Peanut Butter Bon Bons Then melt your chocolate in the microwave or stove, whichever way you prefer. Then Dip the ball in one at a time (if you do more than one they start to melt in chocolate) and cover the entire bon bon. I use a fork to roll the peanut butter balls around. Then set the bon bon back on wax paper and allow to harden.

Then just store in an air tight container! These are so good, they might go quick if you love chocolate the way we do!!!

If you don’t really like nuts, I suggest using creamy peanut butter instead of crunchy! I just use the crunchy for one more dimension of flavor!

Are you a fan of the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Combination?!

I totally feel like I’m missing out because I don’t care for peanut butter at all. The weird thing is that I like peanuts! Those are so pretty though!

I am not a fan of tomatoes but I eat like pasta sauce and stuff, so I totally get your not liking Peanut butter but liking peanuts :-)!
