I was on Pinterest this morning like normal 🙂 and saw this and had to share. This is a great way to keep track of how many pounds you are wanting to lose and how many you have to go!  This is a fun way to see your progress and see what you have left to lose!

Just take 2 jars put Pounds to Go on One jar, and Pounds Lost on the other! Then grab some marbles or whatever you have on hand and put in pounds to go!! You can put something else on your jars if you want!! Just have fun with it!
