Do you need a quick, easy, and adorable little gift for someone? Going to a friend’s house, a quick little thank you for a neighbor, or another get together where you don’t want to go empty handed?  Personalize Post It Notes is easy, but looks like you worked hard! What better summer project??
Turtle Card
Here’s the materials you’ll need (if you do any paper crafts, you’ll have everything you need, this project is a great way to use up scrap papers from another project!
Craft Items
Paper Trimmer or Scissors and a ruler
Sharp Scissors
A fun stamp set and ink
White card stock 3 1/2×7′
Score board (or you can measure and fold)
Scrap papers (3×3 1/4″ and 1/2×3″
A small piece of twine or ribbon
Take your piece of white card stock and score along the long side at 3 1/4″ and just over 3 1/2″ (my score board has an arrow, that’s where I scored the second line).

Next, take your fun stamp set (I used these cute turtles) and stamp the image twice, once on white card stock, and a second on a patterned paper. Then for the turtle, I cut out around the edge of the white card stock turtle, and cut just the shell of the patterned paper turtle, then layer the patterned paper on the white turtle’s back.
Turtle Stencil
Next, I took a smaller turtle stamp, and stamped him on the actual post it notes, about every 10 pages or so… After I stamped the outline, I went back and stamped his “back” with a blue ink.
Make your own cards
Next, assemble the cover… Fold the white card stock on the fold lines, then add the patterned paper scraps, the larger turtle we assembled earlier, and a little piece of twine tied into a bow.
