Chicken Green Bean Casserole

Ann’s Recipe of the Week is a delicious meal in a pot. Easily and quickly made.
Children love it as much as adults.

CHICKEN GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

1 PACKAGE (6 OZ) LONG GRAIN AND WILD RICE MIX
4 CUPS CHOPPED CHICKEN
1 CAN FRENCH STYLE GREEN BEANS
1 CAN CONDENSED CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
2 CAN CONDENSED CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP
2/3 CUP CHOPPED ONION
2/3 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 ENVELOPE ONION SOUP MIX
3/4 CUP SHREDDED COLBY CHEESE
2/3 CUP FRENCH FRIED ONIONS

PREPARE THE WILD RICE ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
WHEN THE RICE IS FINISHED STIR IN CHICKEN, BEANS, SOUPS (UNDILUTED)
ONION, GREEN PEPPER AND SOUP MIX.
SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER THE TOP.
PLACE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR APPROX 1 HOUR.
LAST FIVE MINUTES SPRINKLE FRENCH FRIED ONIONS TO BROWN
